TICKETS

Family passes, children's tickets and adults general admission tickets will get you in the gates from 3.pm. Fireworks will be set off at 9pm.  Entry gates will close at 8.30pm and the gates will be on a one 1 way system. 

 

 

R18 VIP

Sound and booms R18 VIP marquee has a fantastic position with great views of the stage and festivities. Enjoy a scrumptious platter, private bar and VIP loo facilities. R18 - VIP Parking is also included 

 

SET TIMES

Detailed lineup and set times will be released at last 72 hours prior to festival start time. Follow our facebook page for regular updates.

 

TRANSPORT 

Bruns Charter Services will be running a bus service $12 per person return from Waipukurau or Waipawa. Seats need to be pre-booked. Please book directly with Bruns  06 8588868 bruns.wpk@xtra.co.nz 

 

Viv's Driver Service is available for group bookings and will be onsite during the festival. Call 027 211 3633 or email vivonga@yahoo.co.nz to make a booking.

 

TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

Gate sales will be available on the day provided we do not sell out beforehand. 

 

ENTRY & SECURITY

Bags will be checked on entry for prohibited items such as alcohol, glass, fireworks and illegal substances.

 

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Strictly no alcohol to be brought into the festival, a bar will be operating at the festival a range of alcoholic, low alcohol and non-alcohol will be on offer. Eftpos is available.

 

WEATHER

Rain hail or shine the concert will go ahead. If the weather circumstances effect the fireworks from being set off these will be donated to the CHB District Council to use for a FREE community event. 

 

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

  • No illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia

  • No weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, pocket knives and self defense sprays

  • No flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks

  • No glass bottles or containers.

  • No unsealed beverages

  • No umbrellas or gazebos unless by prior arrangement with management 

  • No animals except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability. “Comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a service animal and are not permitted entry to the Event.

  • No large chains, chained wallets or spiked jewelry

  • No laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices

  • No water guns, squirt guns, spray bottles or misters

  • No musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns

  • No professional cameras, flash cameras or video and audio recording equipment, or camera poles unless media passes have been issued

  • No poles, sticks, or “totems”

  • Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of security officials.

SECURITY

All festival goers are subject to being searched prior to entry into the Event, including members of the media.  By requesting entry into the Event, all festival goers and attendees may be subject to a thorough search. Security reserves the right to ask you to empty pockets and bags, and having your items examined.  Event Organizers and security shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the Event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers and contracted security are in violation of Event rules, which rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.  Please note, re-entry, camping and/or overnight attendance will not be permitted.
